I nuovi biscotti della tradizione
C'era una volta è un biscottificio di Aosta di piccole dimensioni, caratterizzato esclusivamente da una produzione artigianale di biscotti.
Azienda nata nel 2013 per caso, quando la titolare Wanda Favre registrava le reazioni entusiaste all'assaggio dei suoi biscotti artigianali da parte di amici e parenti. Quest'ultimi la convinsero ad avviare una produzione più vasta, grazie ad attrezzi più professionali, ma mantenendo lo stesso scenario spettacolare. Infatti proprio nel cuore della Val d'Aosta, tra bellissimi paesaggi, acqua e aria purissime, l'artigianalità di Wanda si esprime al massimo potenziale ed ora i suoi biscotti fanno conoscere a pieno le delizie dell'antica tradizione dolciaria di questa splendida terra.
Tutti i biscotti vengono impastati con cura come a casa con materie prime del territorio, inoltre vengono realizzate anche delle linee di biscotti per intolleranti al lattosio e al glutine, per accontentare proprio tutti.

Tutti i biscotti vengono impastati con cura, come a casa.
L'azienda utilizza i prodotti del territorio per creare nello specifico tre tipi di biscotti:
Biscotti al TROJET - a parte farina e zucchero, realizzati con prodotti 100 VDA come il trojet (sottoprodotto dell'estrazione dell'olio di noci), la vinaccia di picotendro (vitigno autoctono valdostano), il burro e la panna
Biscotti mela noce
Dai piccoli frutti nascono i SORRISI con ripieno di mirtillo, lampone o fragola
